G'day, Mate! How u doing? hope u doing good. Today, I'm going to tell you about the pandemic that still around us, COVID-19! without any further ado, let's get it! :D

:cloud: ·̩͙✧ Definition
Coronavirus: a type of common virus that infects humans, typically leading to an upper respiratory infection (URI.)  Seven different types of human coronavirus have been identified. Most people will be infected with at least one type of coronavirus in their lifetime. The viruses are spread through the air by coughing and sneezing, close personal contact, touching an object or surface contaminated with the virus and rarely, by fecal contamination. The illness caused by most coronaviruses usually lasts a short time and is characterized by runny nose, sore throat, feeling unwell, cough, and fever.

'CO' stands for corona, 'VI' for virus, and 'D' for disease. Formerly, this disease was referred to as '2019 novel coronavirus' or '2019-nCoV.'

:cloud: ·̩͙✧How am I feeling during this pandemic
At first, stressed, anxious, and feeling pressured by online school's activity. But then I realized that everything is going to be okay. Then I reduce all the negative thoughts by being kind to myself. It sounds weird but somehow it works well on me.

Tips from me:
Allow yourself to feel what you’re feeling. It’s okay not to feel okay. Our thoughts and feelings might keep on changing very rapidly: that's normal.
Remember: we can’t switch off our thoughts and feelings. But, with practice, we can learn to be kind to ourselves and to ‘make room’ for them.
It’s tempting to spend a lot of time looking online for news – especially on social media. However, this can make us feel worse. So, if you’re going online to look for updates, try to do it only once or twice a day, at specific times. Try to stick to sources you know you can trust.

:cloud: ·̩͙✧ My wishes when this pandemic end
When this coronavirus is ended, I wish everyone to keep doing sanitary like in the pandemic, such as shower after going out, or washing hands before eating or touching the face. and I wish everyone keeps up their mental health as they do in pandemic or lockdown situations.

By the way, I got this information from the web. I'll insert the link down below.
